6. Design and aesthetics influence decisions, especially in a visual industry like ours, so avoid cutting corners in this area
7. It’s not enough to talk about sustainability; clients want to see it in action
8. Word of mouth outshines awards. Industry awards are impressive, but client testimonials hold more weight
