Sounds familiar?

Here is how you can overcome this:

1. Grab sticky notes and write down one thing per note that has to get done
This gets all the chaos in your head out. It slows your brain down and keeps it from churning so much
Put absolutely everything from work tasks, errands, appointments, etc

2. Review your list and identify the things that have to get done in the next 48 hours
Open up your calendar and create appointments with yourself to get those specific tasks done

3. Review the list and grab the tasks that need to get done in the next week
Repeat the same process in step 2 and create the time on your calendar to get those tasks done

4. Outsource tasks or hire field experts as you grow. It'll help you scale up your business as well as save you from feeling overwhelmed.
