Our Region 7 staff partnered with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) this week for a joint Cyber Incident Support exercise. The purpose of the multi-agency workshop was to better understand how the Region’s new Incident Support Plan can be used as the support framework for emergencies involving cybersecurity threats to critical infrastructure. Talking through incident response procedures BEFORE an event occurs helps identify areas of concern and better prepares CISA’s security professionals to react faster in a time of crisis.
