Celebrating my 18th diaversary with my families annual tradition of visiting my favorite cafe (always worth the extra insulin)! A special shout out to my amazing family and friends who see me at my best and worst days and support me through it all!

Diaversaries are always bitter sweet, but I like to focus on the positives and I am ready to conquer another year 💪

102 challenging and hot miles in Death Valley is nothing in comparison to the daily challenges millions of people with T1D deal with 24/7 🚵🏻‍♂️

The other weekend, I joined and helped raise over $600,000 to help further a cure! I was joined by over 115 riders that either lived with or loved someone with T1D! It’s always such an inspiring weekend, and I am especially grateful to have met so many amazing people along the way 💙 If you want to find out more information about amazing ride program, please don’t hesitate to DM me or comment below!

Happy diabetes awareness month!

Wow, November snuck up on me! I have had a fabulous fall so far, filled with weddings, bike rides, pottery classes, and lots of highs and lows in between.
