Whew... let that sink in. Them 12 weeks had me WORKING. Every session, every assignment, every challenge was pushing me to think bigger and move different.
So yea, this trip from DC to NYC wasn’t just for a graduation, it was for a version of me that refused to quit. A room full of Black women founders all betting on themselves? That’s the kind of energy that’ll change your life.
Cohort 9... we really did that. 🖤✨

People don’t ghost programs because they’re not interested. They ghost because they can’t see themselves winning.

So for this Scrum Master training campaign, we flipped the script. Less focus on curriculum and more focus on the future learners could actually step into.

We highlighted career clarity, real support, tangible outcomes, and the confidence people need before making a commitment.
Because most enrollment drop-off doesn’t happen at awareness. It happens at hesitation.
This mobile-first campaign was built to turn maybe someday into I’m ready.

If your audience is interested but not converting, the strategy might need to work harder than the curriculum. 👀

Day 2 of Goldman Sachs Black in Business shifted something in me. I walked in as a founder and I’m leaving thinking like a CEO.

No one really talks about how uncomfortable that transition is. Being a founder is doing everything. Being a CEO is deciding what actually deserves your time and having the discipline to let the rest go.
Yesterday forced me to get clear on my real value, face my competitive edge, and be honest about where I’ve been playing small.

And the best part? The black women in this room. Brilliant, bold, intentional, and building across industries. Being surrounded by people who get it changes everything.
I’m leaving stretched, energized, and a little uncomfortable which means growth is happening. Now it’s time to execute. CEO mode activated.

Being in a room full of black founders building bold, impactful companies is energizing and humbling in the best way. Y’all… this one hit different. I’m featured in Her Agenda’s She-Built This City: Northeast Edition, highlighting women founders across the Northeast who are building powerful things in their cities.
