We’re all about making the unfamiliar feel easy.

We worked with the American Optometric Association to share the patient experience of a YAG laser treatment. Just a clear walkthrough from check-in to finish, helping optometrists shed light on their expanding scope of practice.

Quick, precise, and to the point…telling a clear story to educate patients and legislators.

Love telling stories that genuinely help people see things better!

Working with Daymond was a true inspiration…as are all the students, teachers, and alumni from the Bishop Walker School for Boys . Now a college freshman, he credits BWS with shaping his path toward becoming a teacher.

What stood out was how far the school’s support reaches. It starts early and it keeps unfolding. Graduation isn’t the finish line…it’s just the beginning.
BWS is serious about the long run. Tuition’s covered, relationships stay connected, and the support keeps evolving as these guys grow up.

We approached this story by staying close to the people at the center of it. Their words carried everything, and we’re grateful to be part of it.

We are appreciative of the Academy for trusting us to tell this important story of leadership and commitment.

The American Optometric Association continues pushing forward on advocacy efforts focused on harmful vision plan abuses.

With multiple House and Senate committees investigating concerns from doctors and patients, this special panel highlighted firsthand stories from AOA member Dr. Tommy Lucas and his patient, alongside national advocacy groups working toward greater accountability.

This piece centers on the growing movement to protect doctor-patient decisionmaking and strengthen oversight around vision benefit managers.

Proud to help document this movement.

This one started at a bus stop before 9am and just unfolded as the day went on.

What came through clearly is how deeply connected the Bishop Walker community is to the school and to each other. Students, teachers, alumni, families. The support doesn’t disappear after elementary school. It stretches years down the line.

Hearing parents talk about the shift they saw in their sons. Hearing alumni connect their current goals back to early classroom moments. That’s the story.
Grateful to help capture a community that really stays invested.

History delivered for a new generation. 🇺🇸📱

Over the past few years, Joo Kno has had the incredible opportunity to document The People's House: A White House Experience, a state-of-the-art immersive experience just steps from the White House.

Our team worked to capture the "electric" feel of the exhibit, transforming historical records and artifacts into a living, breathing digital story. We specialize in bringing these massive educational spaces to life, making sure the "heart" of the experience reaches people wherever they are.

From the Oval Office replica to interactive history, see how we helped the White House Historical Association document the scale of a national landmark.

Leadership is a mission. ❤️🇺🇸

Joo Kno is proud to share our latest collaboration with the American Optometric Association (AOA). We took a deep dive into the story of their presidential leadership, exploring how a lifetime of preparation leads to national impact.

By blending personal history with a passion for advocacy, this film shows the dedication it takes to care for a community and lead a profession. We’ve been honored to document the AOA’s most important moments for over 10 years, and this story is one of our favorites.

See how the right vision can change a profession. 🎬👇

Joo Kno Media is proud to support the American Optometric Association (AOA) in their mission to keep patients healthy and safe. We recently had the opportunity to document a powerful story about the value of the doctor-patient relationship and the importance of professional eye care.

We are so appreciative of the doctors who dedicate their lives to their patients, and we take our responsibility to tell their stories seriously. Thank you to the AOA for inviting us to be part of this vital advocacy work.

Part 6 of our Evolution of Video series is here, and it’s all about how we cleaned up those fuzzy TV signals! 📺

Some Millennials, and def Gen Xers, may remember adjusting rabbit ears...hoping for a clear picture 😩 In 1948, Community Antenna Television (CATV) arrived, and it was a game-changer!

Imagine living in an area where mountains, buildings or distance made TV reception a nightmare. That’s where CATV came in, using a master antenna to bring clear signals to homes via cable. Oregon, Pennsylvania, and New York led the charge, bringing crystal-clear viewing to communities that had been struggling.

This was more than just clearer pictures, though. CATV paved the way for the multi-channel universe we enjoy today. It’s a huge step in our journey from broadcast to streaming!

Fun fact: The very first cable system in Astoria, Oregon charged subscribers $100 for installation (about $1,200 in today’s money!) and a $3 monthly fee. People would pay ANYTHING for better TV!

Curious about the entire evolution of video? Check out Parts 1-5 of our series on our profile! ⏪
