Today, we kicked off the first session of our Purpose PRogram, a platform dedicated to empowering organizations to elevate their impact through strategic communications. Led by our president, Laura Gross, we discussed the importance of strategic communications, especially the power of storytelling, to meet organizational goals.

We have kicked off our fourth annual session of The Purpose PRogram. This is our signature pro bono service designed to help DC area mission-driven organizations. Over the next six months, SCC staff will mentor representatives from Montgomery County Collaboration Council, American Experience Foundation and Jewish Fertility Foundation-DC on building a communication strategy and implementing best practices to spread the word about the important work they do for our local community.
