I am honored to celebrate ’s 20th anniversary and grateful to have been featured on their pages through the years. Thank you for always giving this fashion girlie a reason to glam up.

I’ve been in a repeat kind of flow lately, between motherhood, maximizing my wardrobe, and remixing a great look. I wore this dress to the WHCD Time party two years ago and still adore it. You won’t believe I wore the exact same outfit twice in one week 🤪 Two black-tie nights, the exact same base. Saturday was a black tie wedding with a rock-n-roll avant-garde theme look that I scrambled to pull off at the last minute while juggling . High-waisted flared ball skirt, a classic white button-down shirt (my go-to), layered gold necklaces, patent leather oxfords (I’m avoiding heels), bracelets, and Hector the dog bag for the dog-loving couple. They love dogs so much, they actually had their dogs at the alter as they said “I do”.

The following Friday was another black-tie event, this time a French Riviera themed charity fundraiser at restaurant with friends. I tweaked the look with different gold layered necklaces, my bag, hubby’s sleeve garters, a new hair/makeup vibe, and the same comfy shoes. It felt fresh, and the best part is no one knew because I didn’t get a chance to post pics from the wedding before the next event 🤪 Plus, when you hit 50, you can do whatever the hell you want ✨💃🏾

As a new mom, time’s tight, so I have to keep it simple now ( , I don’t want to hear it haha). Here are some of my go-to tips for when you have to repeat a look:
- Swap accessories to shift the vibe
- Change hair/makeup for a new mood
- Avoid the same crowd if you’re posting or only post one event
- Have a go-to toolkit to make it feel fresh
- Space out the event and/or locations

Bonus: it’s sustainable, chic, and yes, sometimes girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. What’s your best outfit-repeat move?

Two looks, same dress, twice the vibe 🤩. Look 1 is pure WHCD glam—strapless black dress with gloves, pearls, and a touch of old‑Hollywood sparkle. I wore this look to the events in 2024. Look 2 is a playful fall twist: blouse under the dress, platform oxfords, socks, and a sleek mini bag. I wore this look last week to the September Fall Style event. I was dying to wear this dress again but knew I had to totally switch it up. The key? Accessorize to transform ✨
