Karla brings experience in executive support, project management, HR, and payroll, and has spent years helping teams stay organized, projects move forward, and leaders focus on what matters most. She’s someone who genuinely enjoys bringing structure to busy environments and helping people work better together.

Originally from Nicaragua, Karla loves staying active and exploring new places. Whether it’s dancing, going to the gym, or traveling to discover beautiful beaches, mountains, and sunsets, she’s always up for a new adventure.

A couple fun facts about Karla:
As a kid growing up on an island, one of her favorite games was riding pigs (yes, really). She also started practicing karate at 12, later becoming a trainer and even running her own dojo. Today, her kids carry on that passion as members of Nicaragua’s national karate team. And one more thing: she’s a serious coffee lover.

When Karla learned about PBJ, she said the team culture and supportive environment immediately stood out to her. We’re excited to have her join the team and look forward to everything she’ll bring.
