The other week we hosted the first Future Leaders happy hour alongside Adwell and Warchest and the turnout exceeded expectations.
The idea was simple: there aren’t many spaces for staffers, operatives, and the next generation of consultants to connect unless they are already inside the circle. If you’re not on the “list,” you’re often not in the room.
So we built something different.
No principals or partners.
No formal programming.
No transactional networking.
Just a room where people from campaigns, committees, firms, and adjacent spaces could actually meet each other.
The turnout, and more importantly, the follow-up messages, made it clear there is real appetite for this. Relationships are the infrastructure of this industry; the more open and connected that infrastructure is, the stronger we all are.
