JPA's Annual Step Challenge is in full swing, and collectively we've already logged more than 2.3 million steps - over 1,100 miles and counting.

This year's theme is Around the World, with JPA-ers across continents participating in walks, runs, dance breaks, bike rides and Pilates - everyone's getting their steps in and cheering each other on across time zones.

It's one of our favourite agency traditions - bringing people together and a reminder that staying active looks different for everyone.

💚 Mental Health Awareness 💚

Last week, our teams across the UK and US came together to recognize Mental Health Awareness Week / Month and this year’s theme: Action.

Throughout the week, colleagues took part in our JPA Mental Health Bingo challenge, inspired by simple, evidence-based wellbeing activities designed to encourage small but meaningful actions that support positive mental health.

From exercise and painting, to taking time to switch off and recharge, it was great to see so many people getting involved in ways that felt meaningful to them.

This week, WorldCancerDay served as a reminder that progress against cancer isn’t only about science - it’s about systems that deliver equitable care at scale.

That’s why the U.K.’s NHS cancer action plan matters. Launched on World Cancer Day, its headline commitment is for 75% of people diagnosed with cancer to be cancer-free, or living well, five years after diagnosis from 2035.

This ambition signals real intent to reduce variation, diagnose earlier, and ensure better outcomes. For healthcare and life sciences leaders, the message is clear: impact happens when policy, pathways, data and communications are aligned.
