We're so proud to highlight our friend and The Change Agencies colleague April Hale in our latest Common Sense Colloquy Q&A. As part of our Meet The Change Agencies program, we're turning the Q&A over to conversations with each of the members of the nation's inclusive communications agency network.

April tells like it is and if that's not common sense, we don't know what is! Here's an excerpt from April's Q&A focused on why The Change Agencies are necessary:

"The Change Agencies is needed because our communities and the world we live in is constantly changing and growing. In a time when fundamental rights are threatened and the marginalized are even more marginalized, the voices and stories from diverse, minority, and tribal communities matter more than ever.
