We’re hiring: Fractional Operations & Programs Coordinator

Asha Strategies is seeking a highly organized and resourceful professional to support our growing portfolio of U.S.–Africa policy and African diaspora engagement initiatives.

The coordinator will support:

• Project timelines and stakeholder follow-ups
• Events, meetings, and convening logistics
• Grant, partnership, and outreach trackers
• Scheduling and document coordination
• Internal administrative systems

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision. Familiarity with U.S.–Africa affairs, diaspora engagement, international affairs, government relations, or nonprofit programs is preferred.

This is a long-term fractional opportunity beginning with a three-month paid introductory period. We want someone who can grow with Asha Strategies and become a trusted, consistent part of our operations.

• Remote; Houston or Washington, D.C., preferred
• 10–15 hours per week
• $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience
