⚠️Custom Design & Mockup Deposit Policy⚠️
At Onyx Rebel Printing, every custom design and mockup is created with time, creativity, skill, and professional expertise. To ensure that our design services are respected and valued, a non-refundable $15.00 design deposit is required before any custom mockup or design work begins.
This fee covers the time spent creating your personalized concept, regardless of whether you decide to move forward with purchasing the final product. Because custom designs are created specifically for you and cannot be resold, the design fee compensates for the creative work and labor invested in your project.
Please note:
• A separate design fee is required for each individual design concept or mockup requested.
• Design deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Payment of the design fee does not guarantee purchase of the final product; it secures the creation of your custom design concept.
• Any additional revisions, concepts, or new design requests may be subject to additional fees.
• Final production and printing costs are separate from the design fee.
