When I decided to shut down the branding & marketing department of B CARTER SOLUTIONS | Luxury Event Design and Production, after 12 years of service; it was bittersweet but it was time for a shift. A shift I always had in me, but strategically had to pivot at the right time- God’s time.
In a world of instant gratification, I knew in order to build the right team, it would require a season of behind the scenes- not loud, not performative.
Because, I didn’t just build a team, I wanted to orchestrate the best architects in the game that can build, execute, elevate and create unforgettable experiences through a “branding and marketing” lens and not just decor and aesthetics. (The real game changer).
