Happy ! πŸ’šπŸ“–

🌟 We're coming at you with another example of how public health messaging should be EASY to understand with a CLEAR call-to-action. In this example, breaking down the larger weight-loss plan into small, manageable, and countable steps can help someone choose which steps feel most realistic and doable for them at the moment (and make it more likely that they'll do those things). πŸƒ

🌟 Two small changes are a lot less scary than a whole plan. πŸ’š Long story short, we're supposed to be encouraging and empowering people, not scaring and intimidating them -- or shaming them! No one should have to struggle to understand information about improving their health. πŸ™Œ
