Team Par-Tee Professionals hit the course at Dinosaur Place Mini Golf to support Sherry Perkins and TVCCA during their fundraising event.

Not only did we have an incredible time supporting an organization that makes such a tremendous impact throughout Eastern Connecticut, but each of us also managed to sink a hole-in-one and earned a coveted gold golf ball!

A huge thank you to Sherry Perkins and TVCCA for hosting such a fun event while raising funds to support programs that help thousands of local individuals and families each year.

At a recent SUN meeting, Randy Tarasevich of Shoreline Web Solutions shared something that resonated with everyone in the room.

When asked why he continues to show up week after week, Randy said that while the referrals are great, it’s the people and the accountability that keep him coming back.

Business ownership can be isolating. Many entrepreneurs spend their days making decisions, solving problems, and carrying the weight of their businesses on their own. There’s something powerful about seeing networking happen visually instead of just talking about it.

Kim Casey of Seaport Real Estate Services led our Visitor’s Day education with an interactive “Ball of Yarn” exercise that showed how connected we all truly are through referrals, relationships, and collaboration.

As the yarn moved across the room from member to member, it created a web representing how business flows through trust, conversations, and community support. It was a fun and engaging reminder that strong networking isn’t just about passing business, it’s about building genuine connections that help everyone grow together.
