Today’s recap: made pasta, ate pasta, got emotionally attached to chocolate cookies.

Huge thank you to Rockland County Tourism for such an incredible day and to Flours Pasta & Bakeshop for being the sweetest hosts. We also had the opportunity to learn about the Black history of the town, which made today even more meaningful 🤍

Well… prelim night one is officially done 🫶

I got to talk about Aging With Happiness on stage and perform Go the Distance from Hercules, which feels very full-circle somehow.

Also, my roommate Miss Empire won talent and I absolutely used my one allotted scream of the night on her because singer priorities 😂 So incredibly proud of her.

Tomorrow it’s time for fitness and evening gown. See you then 🤍

Interview is officially in the books ☑️ and that means we’re one step closer to the Miss New York stage.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share my heart, my service initiative, and the work behind Aging With Happiness with the judges today. Now it’s time for the next step ✨

I’ll be competing tomorrow night in the preliminary on-stage question and talent portions of competition, and I would love your support. If you’d like to cheer me on in person, tickets are available through the Miss New York website.

Seeing my girls again healed something in me, truly. And getting to spend more time with the other candidates today just reminded me how much heart, talent, and passion is in this room.

Check-in day has arrived, which means it’s basically adult summer camp… but with gowns, heels, and significantly more hairspray.
