There’s a lot people see from the outside.
The finished shirts. The wrapped vehicles. The online stores. The team gear. The orders that somehow leave here looking like we had a plan the whole time.
What people don’t always see is everything behind the scenes.
The boxes. The ink. The vinyl. The deadlines. The piles. The mess. The “who moved the tape?” moments. The constant shuffle of keeping this place moving.
For us, Technicolor started with Tammy. Then it was Larry and Tammy. Then I joined. Then Jason joined. The four of us grew really well together, each of us finding our place in the chaos.
And now we’re watching the third generation grow into it.
Tucker is 19. Taite is 16. They have grown up inside these walls. No-school days, homeschool days, long shop days, busy seasons, late nights, and more “just one more thing” requests than any kid should probably have to hear.
Now they work beside us.
Folding shirts. Laying vinyl. Sorting orders. Pressing apparel. Hauling boxes. Learning design. Helping with production. Seeing the real side of what it takes to run this joint.
They’ve seen the stress, the mess, and the chaos.
But they’ve also seen what it means to build something. To show up. To serve your community. To take pride in your work, even when the list is long and the tape is still missing.
Technicolor has always been family.
And watching Tucker and Taite become part of the story in their own way has been one of the coolest parts of all.
The third generation is here.
Probably in a hoodie.
Probably carrying a box.
Probably being asked to do one quick thing that is absolutely not quick.

And we couldn't do it without them.
