✨ Please Join Us in Welcoming Our New Executive Director, Emily Lancaster! ✨
Emily's passion for serving older adults began at an early age, inspired by a family deeply rooted in senior care. From volunteering in senior living communities as a child to building a career dedicated to supporting older adults, Emily has always been committed to creating meaningful connections and enriching the lives of others.
With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Carroll University and an MBA from Mount Mary University, Emily brings more than 10 years of senior living experience and a heart for both residents and team members. Her leadership journey has taken her from a small memory care community to overseeing larger senior living campuses, but her favorite part of the work remains the same: spending time with residents and supporting the people who care for them each day.
When she's not at work, Emily enjoys crafting, trying new foods, traveling with her husband, and, of course, a friendly but competitive game of dominoes!
Please help us give Emily a warm Waters welcome as she begins this exciting new chapter with our Pewaukee community. We look forward to the compassion, leadership, and enthusiasm she brings to our residents, families, and team.
