Absolutley no one is having more fun than Cora at CORA'S 1850 BISTRO with the onion cup. Looks like The Settlers might be involved in a little subterfuge, JK, LOL. This is what the contest is all about. If you haven't heard Coras Bistro & Gravity Restaurant & Bar have a little side bet going on, who ever gets less votes has to wash dishes at the others restaurant.

The Onion Cup judges have been finalized.

The judging panel for the Chef’s Cup portion of The Onion Cup will include:

Haley O'Brien, WVIA

Jim Hamill, Pocono Television Network

PA State Rep. Jonathan Fritz Pennsylvania State Representative

Edward Howell, Wayne County Coroner

Chris Dirienzo, Trichillo Food Service

These five judges will visit the top five restaurants as determined by online voting. After tasting and evaluation, the panel will select one winner to receive the Chef’s Cup honor.

The Votes are rolling in, there seems to be some confusion about how voting works for the Onion Cup. Each person may vote only one time, for one restaurant. If you plan on making multiple stops, please hold on to your card until you are ready to vote.

When you are ready, scan the QR code on the back of the card, complete the form with your name and the restaurant you are voting for, then return the card to that restaurant.

There have been some great suggestions on how we can improve the contest next year. Until then, get out there & EAT SOME SOUP!
