Reflecting on 2025, I keep coming back to one simple truth. When you believe in yourself, even when no one else fully does, anything is possible.

This was the year The Exposure Group opened its doors. The year I took a leap that didn’t come with guarantees or a perfect plan. When I left my full-time job, some people thought I was crazy. Some didn’t understand it. Some didn’t believe in the vision yet. But I did. And that belief carried me through every unknown.

2025 taught me that growth lives on the other side of comfort. That confidence is built by showing up before you feel ready. That relationships, trust, and consistency matter more than perfection ever will. It was a year of learning, stretching, building, and trusting myself in rooms I once would have felt too small to enter.

And then there’s little me. The handmade cell phone Halloween costume my mom made all those years ago still cracks me up. Who dresses up as a cell phone for Halloween?!I had no idea then what my future would look like, but looking back now, it feels like a reminder of how far I’ve come. Little me didn’t have all the answers, but she was curious, creative, and brave enough to dream. And she would be so proud of the leap I took.

We own a social media marketing company?! I still say it in disbelief sometimes.

If there’s anything I hope this year shows someone else, it’s this. You don’t need everyone to believe in you. You just need to believe in yourself enough to start. The rest unfolds in ways you never could have planned.
