Another busy Saturday for Delfa’s Garden! We’re at Savannah & Hohenwald Farmers Markets until 2 PM today. 🥕🍅🥖

From our garden to your table, I’m so grateful for every harvest, every customer, and every person who stops by to support our small local business. 🙏

And while I’m busy here at the markets, I’m also thankful that my digital business is working quietly in the background. 💻📱 One day, two businesses, and so many reasons to be grateful.

Ladies over 50… life has a way of reminding us that time, health, and our future are too important to keep putting off. 💛

Yesterday, my doctor reminded me how much a woman’s body can change as we get older—from menopause and other health changes to unexpected diagnoses that can turn life upside down.

It made me think: we can’t control everything that happens to us, but we can keep learning, growing, and preparing for our future.

That’s one reason I’m grateful I became open to learning digital skills and building something alongside my everyday life.

Work, family, bills, chores, and responsibilities—we keep showing up because people depend on us. But sometimes, deep inside, we’re also wishing for more time, more choices, and a little peace of mind.

I’ve learned that change doesn’t always begin with a big move. Sometimes it begins when we become curious enough to learn something different. 🌿

You don’t have to change everything today. Just don’t stop looking for ways to grow.

Life doesn’t always slow down just because you have a lot on your mind. 💛

Today, after my doctor’s appointment, it was back to real life—running errands and taking care of what needs to be done. 🚗🌿

Some days are heavier than others, but I’m learning to keep moving forward with faith, gratitude, and one step at a time. 🙏

Whatever today brings, appreciate the little moments and keep going. Tomorrow is another new beginning. 💛

Sometimes a little detour can take you somewhere that feels like stepping back in time. 🏛️💛

On our way back home, we stopped by The Parthenon in Nashville, a full-scale replica inspired by the ancient Parthenon in Athens, Greece.

It was nice to slow down, admire the beautiful Greek-inspired architecture, and enjoy a little history after a busy day. 🙏

Life is not only about getting to the destination—sometimes the unexpected stops create the best memories. 🌿

Life doesn’t always go as planned… but sometimes the simple moments are the sweetest. ❤️

Today we’re in Nashville for an appointment with an endocrinologist specialist. While waiting, I was thinking about Korean BBQ and hot pot for lunch. 🥩🍲😋

But plans changed! We ended up at Panda Express instead. 🥡😂 Simple, affordable, and delicious—and that was good enough for us!

And one thing I’m grateful for? While I’m here waiting for the appointment and enjoying lunch, my digital business is still working quietly in the background. 💻📱

Doctor appointments, family time, simple lunches—life keeps moving, and so does what I’m building for our future. 🙏❤️
