This client, Twin Cities Health Insurance Solutions, came to me needing a very specific task done this summer. The regulations had changed, and now before TCHIS could have a text conversation with a potential client, the potential client had to OPT-IN and give their permission for the insurance agency to text with them. They asked their prior web provider, and....crickets. The agency was behind the 8-ball and needed help. That's when they called me.
Within a couple of days, we had a fix and the fix was approved by the regulators and Twin Cities Health Insurance Solutions was good to go.
