Last year, we partnered with a brand seeking to expand its presence throughout the U.S. The issue? Weak measurement and missing signals. Their third-party software didn’t support Meta’s Conversions API (CAPI), which meant Meta's ad platform couldn’t see the full customer journey, negatively impacting performance.
After months of collaboration with their software provider, we successfully implemented CAPI in January 2025. That’s when things changed. Since then, their return on ad spend has jumped from 70% to over 220%—and continues to climb across 20+ locations.
