Happy One Year Anniversary to our MVP, Eric! 🏆

Over the past year, Eric has been an instrumental part of our team and our growth. 📈 Bringing years of experience, knowledge, and dedication, he came in and built our fabrication division from the ground up — getting it up and running entirely on his own.🙏🏼

From channel letters and aluminum sign cabinets to countless custom fabrication projects, his craftsmanship and expertise have helped take our company to the next level. We truly would not be growing the way we have without him.🛠️

We’re incredibly thankful to have Eric on our team and can’t wait to see what we continue to accomplish together. Thank you for all of your hard work this past year and cheers to many more!!🧡💙

With years of signage experience under his belt, Scott brings skill, reliability, and a great attitude to everything he does. ⚒️ Whether he’s diving into a project or stepping in to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed, he’s always someone the team can count on. 🤝

Outside of work, you’ll probably find him building with Legos or cracking one of his signature corny jokes (we’ve heard them all… and somehow they still land… usually…)😆

We’re so lucky to have Scott as part of our sign family, thanks for everything you do, and here’s to many more years ahead!💙🧡

Tomorrow marks year 4️⃣ of DAVE! Dave Allen is the backbone of our production room and a true leader in every sense of the word. His knowledge of our printers is unmatched, he knows them like the back of his hand, and his dedication never goes unnoticed. 🙌🏼

No matter the situation, Dave is always ready to step in and help wherever he’s needed… even if that means coming in on his own day off to save the day. 🦸🏻‍♂️ That kind of commitment is rare, and it speaks volumes about who he is. 🥹

A true team player and an essential part of our family here at Vital Signs, we’re incredibly grateful for everything you do, Dave. Here’s to 4 amazing beers...I mean *years, and many more to come! 🍻💙🧡

For the past 9 years, Justin has been the brains behind our marketing magic, a huge support system for our front office, and our resident IT guru. 🖥️ & by “our,” we really mean Josh’s very own computer-breakdown Superman🦸🏻‍♂️… even when the “crashes” are usually solved by closing one rogue tab or doing a good old-fashioned restart.😉(love ya Josh!)

From solving tech meltdowns to keeping our brand sharp and moving forward, Justin wears more hats than we can count — and somehow makes it all look easy. 😎 We’re incredibly lucky to have your talent, patience, and quick fixes on this team.

An incredible milestone — 10 years with you on our team! Collin is a true leader in the vehicle installation bay and absolutely crucial to our day-to-day success.🏅 What makes this even more impressive? 😏 Collin joined us in 2016, coming from a background as a cook — with ZERO vehicle wrap experience. 😲 It didn’t take long to see what he was made of. He picked up the craft immediately, proving that some people are simply born with it. 💁🏻‍♂️ His skill, consistency, problem-solving, and leadership have set the standard for our shop and pushed our team to be better every day.
