Yesterday, Chip McKenney moderated a spirited discussion about “DEIA in Sports: How Sports Help Foster Inclusion” at the Palm Beach Arts & Tourism Summit at the Palm Beach County Convention Center!

Thank you to Michael Zeff, Senior Director Marketing and Development at Palm Beach County Sports Commission and the DEIA panel that included Shariah Harris (polo player), Connor Shane (Compete Sports C.O.O.), and Julia Kadel, (Miracle League of Palm Beach Executive Director).

"DEIA is creating a respectful and inclusive sports environment is not only a moral duty, but also a key factor for the success and well-being of athletes, coaches, staff, and fans. A diverse and inclusive sports culture can foster positive relationships, enhance performance, and promote social change".
