Maid duties and responsibilities
1. Housekeeping and home duties.
2. Deep cleaning is a must.
3. Quality cleaning over speed.
4. Check stocking levels of all consumables
5. Maintain all cleaning equipment in good working condition
6. Comply with health and safety and family guidelines
7. Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
8. Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
9. Steaming and cleaning draperies
10. Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
11. Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
12. Basic cooking skills is a plus (90% is cleaning, 10% is cooking)
13. Laundry, ironing, and folding
Live-In Position Benefits
1. Food is provided.
2. Hospitality provided and living expenses.
3. Expenses associated with home care and the position will be paid for.
4. Car will be provided as needed.
Days of Work
The position requires the individual to be able to work 6 days a week. Floating free day depends upon family schedule. Operating hours are flexible depending on the day.

Maid qualifications and requirements
• Previous working experience as a Maid for 10+ year(s)
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
• Must take direction well.
• Attention to detail, neat, respectful, and meticulous with all cleaning tasks.
• Can comprehend instructions in English.
• Confidentiality in family affairs and business matters mandatory.
• Pet-friendly.
• Very neat, respectful, and understanding.
• Must keep own area clean.
• Must be willing to drive twice a week to Coconut Grove (Miami) to clean second home.
• Driving license – International or USA required.
• Mutual Trial period may be required.
