Hi, good morning everybody!

Unfortunately, I will not be open today. I do have some appointments that I have to go to, but I will be back to regular business hours tomorrow, Tuesday.

I will still be working remotely today, so no need to worry. I’ll be working from my laptop and continuing to work on orders that need to be ready for this week, including fan signs and so forth.

Hello everybody! I wanted to share a quick update on pending orders, especially Fatheads and fan signs. We are currently finishing two orders ahead of these and working through orders in the order they were received. We receive requests daily for embroidery, signs, banners, and more, and each one requires time and attention.

To help clarify turnaround times, the three to four business days needed to produce certain items begin once we start working on your order. That does not include the time waiting behind previously scheduled orders, so an order placed last week may still be waiting to enter production.

We know many of you are hoping to have your signs for this week’s games, and we’re sorry for the disappointment, but pending fan signs will not be ready this week. We expect them to be ready early next week and will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

The cheetah print pullovers are finally ready! We had planned to begin pickup today, but we’re extremely busy finishing orders due today and still need to sort everyone’s pullovers for pickup. Pickup will begin tomorrow, Friday, from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thank y’all so much for your patience and understanding!

Hi, everyone! Just a friendly reminder: If we have sent you a payment link via email, please check your inbox and spam folder. Payments must be submitted before we can begin working on your order.

We have received several messages asking if orders are ready, but payment has not yet been received. Please remember that your order will not be started until payment is completed.

We are also wrapping up the cheetah-print jacket orders and are almost finished with everyone who placed an order. Thank you for your patience!

Lastly, please keep in mind that the print quality of banners and fan signs depends on the quality and resolution of the files and photos provided to us. We print the images exactly as they are received, so please submit the clearest, highest-quality photos available.

Alright everybody, Happy Wednesday! 😊 Just a quick update on the Tinaco shirts. I’ll be posting here tomorrow what time pickups will begin on Thursday, and we’ll be available for pickups until 6:00 PM Thursday. If you’re not able to make it by 6, not to worry! I’ll also be having a second pickup time later Thursday evening so everyone who ordered a shirt has an opportunity to get theirs and be ready to wear it Friday morning. 🙌 I’ll post the first pickup time tomorrow, and then I’ll update everyone with the second evening pickup timeframe as well.

Also, we’ve been getting a lot of questions about whether we’ll have extra Tinaco shirts available for purchase YES, we will! 🙌 I’m still working on getting an exact count of how many extras we’ll have in each size, so I’ll post that information as soon as I have the list ready. Extras will be available while supplies last.
