schools and more. We are seeking an Administrative
Assistant Customer Service rep to join our team! You
will perform clerical and administrative functions in
order to drive our company to success.

Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal
documents
Plan and schedule appointments and update job
tracker
Greet and assist onsite quests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other basic office tasks
Helping out on other areas of the shop when
needed
Invoicing/Billing to be done weekly
Plus much more
