So the year is off to a great start.

Richardson has said expect hat instability through 2022, so bet on that. Other hat suppliers similar. If you want a trucker hat its almost a myth at this point. We get some here and there but if you think you can order up 15 different colorways and there be stock in even 5 of them your kidding yourself. Just facts.

Garment suppliers are now shipping only partial orders, like 5 boxes only 2 go, 3 never were picked/filled. Have to reach out and its like huh. Pulling teeth. These are companies that used to fill orders in minutes sometimes and hit a truck a few minutes later. Seriously. HUGE companies. Now crippled.

Shipping is now becoming drama as well. We are seeing boxes that ship, not move for days.

Most of this, I assume due to people out with covid/flu/lack of workers.

What's this all mean for you? Expect delays. This stuff is out of my control. I dunno who needs to hear this but right now, some compassion for every person/business you work with. They are having to work 10x as hard to accomplish the same thing they did 2 years ago.

The longer covid drags out the more damage is done to the supply chain and people in general. We can keep being hard heads and thinking this will just go away tomorrow, it is literally not going away any time in the near future.
