To all my friends and customers, K & K Printing needs google reviews, if I have done printing for you please give me a review. Long story I did some printing last summer for a man named Justin, he was a walk in customer and we spent countless hours setting up 2 post cards for him and his friend, with no setup fees, we sent multiple proofs and got his approval to print, well there happened to be a word misspelled on one of the 2 post cards and Justin wanted us to reprint his post card for free. The purpose of a proof is to catch the errors before going to print and put the liability for errors back onto the customer. I offered Justin a $30.00 discount but he wanted me to reprint for free. I was unwilling to do that, at that point he kept persisting and I lost my cool and told him to leave my business. Him and his friend gave me a bad review and I need y'all's help to make my company's reviews look as they should. We at K & K Printing go the extra mile to satisfy our customers and need your help to show that.
