Most SaaS founders don't lose money on paid because they picked the wrong channel.

They lose it because they turned channels on in the wrong order.

LinkedIn before there's any search intent to capture. Google before the landing page converts. Broad targeting before the ICP is proven. Retargeting pools that never fill because the top of funnel is too small to feed them.

The spend isn't wrong. The sequence is. And you find out three months and $30K later.

We built something to fix that upfront.

It's called the Ads Plan. Free. Delivered in five business days. Built for B2B SaaS teams running $5K to $40K a month in paid.

You get the channel sequence for your stage. A budget split modeled against your ACV and close rate. The message angles that separate you from the seven other tools bidding on the same keyword. And a week by week 90 day roadmap you can hand to your team on Monday.

We build the plan, then walk you through it live for 30 minutes. You poke holes, we adjust on the call. It's yours whether you hire us or not.

If the numbers say paid isn't your next move right now, the plan will say that too. We'd rather tell you now than take your money to prove it.

Five days to a plan beats three months to a lesson.

You launched the LinkedIn campaign. Impressions are climbing. Demos aren't.

More budget won't fix it. The algorithm has already decided your ad isn't a great fit for the people you're paying to reach, and it's quietly pushing your CPMs up until you either fix the ad or run out of runway.

Most founders think the problem is targeting. Usually it isn't. LinkedIn scores your ad on topic fit and audience activity too, not just who you filtered for. That's why one comment from someone in your ICP is worth more than 20 likes from strangers.

If your campaigns aren't paying back CAC, don't reach for more budget. Reach for better fit. That's almost always the fix.

Most paid acquisition agencies need 90 days to "ramp up."

That's not a ramp. That's how long it takes to burn enough of your budget that switching feels expensive.

Here's a different version:

30 days of ex*****on inside your ad accounts. Strategy + channel plan. Tracking + attribution. Campaign build + launch. Creatives + landing direction. Weekly optimization. Pipeline + CAC review.

$0 in management fees for the first 30 days.

On day 30, you review what the numbers actually did. Continue, or keep everything we built and walk away.

For qualified B2B SaaS teams running $3K+ in monthly paid budget.

Setting a $10K/mo ad target takes 30 seconds. Turning it into pipeline is the part that breaks budgets.

Most pre-seed and seed SaaS teams don't lose money on the wrong channel. They lose it on the wrong order, LinkedIn switched on before there's any search intent to retarget, Google switched on before the LP converts.

We'll map the sequence, model the budget against your ACV and close rate, and hand you a 90-day roadmap. 5 business days. Free.

"Should we run Google or LinkedIn?"

Wrong question.

The platform isn't what kills most early-stage SaaS ad budgets. The sequence is.

LinkedIn before there's any search intent to capture.
Google before the landing page actually converts.
Broad audiences before the ICP is even proven.
Retargeting pools that never fill because the top of funnel is too thin to feed them.

The spend isn't wrong. The order is.

And you usually find that out three months and $30K later, when the runway you can't get back is already gone.

If you're a B2B SaaS founder running $3K–$15K/mo in paid (or about to), we'll build you the plan before you spend the budget:

→ Which channels to run, and in what order
→ How to split the budget against your ACV and close rate
→ The CPL and CAC you actually need to hit for paid to make sense
→ A week-by-week 90-day roadmap

Free. Delivered in 5 business days. Yours whether you hire us or not.

And if the math doesn't work at your stage, the plan will say that. We've told founders to fix pricing, fix the landing page, or wait a quarter before spending a dollar. That answer costs nothing and saves $30K.

Most B2B SaaS ads leak money in the same spot.

The ad says one thing.
The button says another.
The landing page says a third.

Confused clicks don't convert. That's budget leaving your account every day.

We tore down 5 SaaS ads from LinkedIn's public library. 4 out of 5 had this exact problem.

The question we hear most from seed-stage founders: "when do I hire my first growth person?"

It's the wrong question.

The one to ask is whether there's a single channel running without the founder in the room.

Because a growth hire is a multiplier. And multipliers on zero equal zero.

When the hire comes too early, the pattern is always the same. They inherit no system and no repeatable channel. Four to six months go to figuring out what hasn't been figured out yet. Sixty to a hundred thousand in salary burns before the first predictable lead lands. Runway shrinks. The board gets nervous.

Three things need to be in place before that hire. One channel where CAC lands in a predictable range. A pipeline number you can forecast thirty days out. Enough volume that optimization actually moves the numbers.

Build that first. On $10-15K a month of ad spend, not $120K of salary.

Then the growth hire has something to actually grow.

Founders who've gotten one channel working before the first growth hire — which channel was it, and what made it click?

You've been running ads for six months.

You still can't answer three questions with any real confidence:

– What's actually working?
– What's wasting money?
– Can paid become a real pipeline channel for us?

Nine times out of ten, the ads aren't the problem. The setup around them is.

Tracking that fires but doesn't tie to pipeline. A campaign structure built for a $200K/month advertiser you're not. Landing pages that don't match what the ad promised. Bidding logic pointed at the wrong signal.

Before you add budget, rehire, or switch platforms, audit the structure.

We put the 14 checks we use inside every paid teardown into a self-audit. ~45 minutes. Google, LinkedIn, Meta.

Quick tip for HVAC owners.

If you're running Google Ads, go check your ad schedule. A lot of accounts are set to run 8am to 5pm, weekdays only.

Problem is that's not when systems break. AC goes out at night. Furnace quits on a weekend. That's when homeowners are searching and calling.

If your ads are off during those hours, you're not showing up. Someone else is getting those calls.

Takes two minutes to check. Go to your campaign settings and look for ad schedule. If it's not running all day every day, that's an easy fix.
