Oh yeah we got fresh peppers from the garden and a small marinaded pork loin smoking away. Got large shrimp and scallops in the cast-iron skillet with garlic, butter and seasoning and thick cut New York strip steaks on the charcoal. Fresh salad and garlic ciabatta bread to top it all off! Feast!

Next up at Drumconrath Brewing Company, their Setanta Lactose IPA. I love juicy, hazy New England IPA’s and this is awesome! Great flavor, smooth and a very pleasing after taste. Definitely gonna get more!!
