More than baddies, we're a whole movement:

🌺 1 in 5 women in the U.S., and 1 in 4 women under 18, are Latina
🌺 Latina-owned businesses grew 82% in the last 5 years - the fastest of any group in the country
🌺 Latinas with a bachelor's degree nearly doubled in 20 years: from 12% to 23%
🌺 Less than 4% of marketers in the U.S. are Latina, despite us driving most household purchasing decisions and $1.3T in economic power
🌺 We still get just 39% of the bank funding we ask for, and less than 1% of VC dollars

Your intern comes ready with skills in social media, content, community management, and basic ad support. You get real help with the marketing you have been putting off. They get real experience for their portfolio.

All we ask for are a few hours a week of your time plus honest feedback and a reference at the end. If it's a great fit and you have room to bring them on for real, even better, though never required.
