What do you mean do I have a better file?
Quality matters when creating a screen printing design, not only for the level of detail it captures, poor quality affects the initial set up price.

Use high quality artwork...

If you’re using an image or something you've grabbed off the internet, try to find the largest version possible, every pixel will help. Use transparent backgrounds for designs that are not full-coverage prints.

If you're creating artwork...

If you're creating your own artwork, you can upload either vector (EPS, AI, PDF, SVG) or raster image files (PNG, JPG, PSD). Vector files are the best option, but remember to convert all fonts to outlines before uploading. If creating a raster image, we recommend uploading your image as a 300ppi PNG or JPG at the size it is to be printed.

Our maximum print area is 11” wide x 14.5” high (3300 x 4350 pixels), so if you're unsure of the size you need just export it 11" (300ppi) or 3300 pixels wide. Once you upload it into the Designer you can resize it accordingly but you'll always have a high quality image. When creating artwork, make note of the fonts you use in case we need to recreate or edit your files.

Print colors

Digital printing is fantastic but its not possible to get the same level of color brightness on fabric as it is on a backlit computer screen or a smooth piece of paper. Print colors may also look different on different garments, even if the garments are the same color. Please also keep in mind that we cannot match Pantone colors with digital printing but we usually get pretty close.

Garment sizing & product info

Please remember to check the garment size chart before you complete your order. Garments vary in size and fit and we want you to be happy! You can find out more about the fit and size by clicking the Product Info link.

GARMENT COLORS: While all efforts have been taken to ensure garments appear true to their color, there may be a slight variance due to camera flash, room lighting or even your computer screen. If garment color is crucial please contact us to purchase a sample.

Uploading artwork to the Designer...

You can upload a png, jpg, ai, eps, pdf, svg, or psd file. If you decide to upload vector art, please convert all fonts to outlines before uploading.

**For screen printing, raster based files must be converted to vector files and setup for spot color printing. Our design team can take care of that for you, but it will incur additional costs based on the amount of work needed.**
