When preparing a file for print, always export with PRINT MARKS & BLEEDS. In addition to exporting your document in Adobe PDF, it is important to create it with print marks and bleeds (generally found in export settings). This will ensure they show up on the final project PDF file, and will guarantee edge-to-edge graphic accuracy of the document.

CMYK is an abbreviation for cyan, magenta, yellow and “k-channel” (aka black), which are the four colors of which most print is based on. Therefore, it is important to ensure that your graphics and colors are based on a CMYK color mode to ensure color accuracy. Printing a project based on the RGB color mode (abbreviation for red, green and blue, and is the color mode used for digital mediums) will yield colors that are not accurate. Be sure to always create your print projects in CMYK.
