Also known as brand style guides or brand manuals, brand guidelines serve as the reference point for maintaining consistent visuals and messaging across your business. ⁠

They also help YOU as the business owner maintain professionalism, build trust, and reinforce brand recognition when working with others to create content or materials for your brand. 🌟⁠

Brand Reveal ~ nourish/d wellness 💫🧘‍♀️🥗

As a registered dietitian and yoga instructor, .nutritionist asked me to not only create her visual branding and website, but to also guide her in a branded photoshoot. 🫶🏼

Kim’s mission is powerful — to help women embody a lifestyle they love by rebuilding their metabolism and discovering food freedom through a harmonious approach to connect the mind, body and soul. 💆‍♀️

She desired to have a brand that was unique yet professional at the same time.

I wanted this brand to exude movement and strength similar to the confidence clients gain after working with Kim. ✨

I picked a modern, sans serif display to create a clean and polished logo. The wavy line in the O brings the perfect amount of movement to the logo while still feeling organic and feminine.

The custom brandmark represents the connection between mind, body and soul in an individual’s overall wellness. It also speaks to the personalized approach Kim provides to each of her clients. 🌱

Brand Reveal ~ 💇‍♀️🦁

The very talented dimensional hair color specialist, Tiffany, came to me ready to take her brand to the next level after opening a salon suite earlier this year! 👏🏼

She shared this incredible story behind the meaning of her business name — tying in her Rising zodiac sign, Leo. ♌️ The emotional tie to her Rising Leo (known for leadership, positive energy, dark features and great hair) led us to incorporating element of the story into her visual branding.

I wanted this brand to feel luxurious and radiant with strong feminine energy, similar to the amazing experience clients have when visiting Tiffany. ✨

This font and weight are EVERYTHING. 🤩 The type has a little contrast in the weight, but not so much that it feels overwhelming. The tilt of the “i” and “m” brings the perfect amount of interest while still feeling refined.

Tiffany truly makes her clients feel like they are the most important person while they are in her chair by not booking other clients during that time. 💆‍♀️ I represent this with a tilted “i” to emphasize the brand’s core values of building relationships and providing personalized, individual experiences. The “m” was also tilted to evoke movement similar to hair and the lion’s mane.

Drawn by yours truly, the custom line art of the female looking up with a long flowing mane represents the “rising” element of the brand name. 💫 It also ties in the Leo aspect in subtle way as it is based on an image of a lion that inspired me during the creative process. 🖤

Brand Reveal ~ SAINT ✨🖤⁠

SAINT is a jewelry brand with a mission to uplift women and the world by donating profits to support female-founded ventures and using only sustainably and ethically sourced materials.⁠ 🫶🏼

SAINT prides itself on offering a quality-first, sustainably and environmentally sourced jewelryline that boasts luxury styles at an affordable price.⁠ 💍

For this design, my main goal was to focus on the brand's mission of uplifting women. The curves of font I selected for the logo along with the neutral color tones play up the understated femininity and strength of the brand. 💫
