Technically we didn’t go anywhere, but energetically… whew. 😮‍💨 In the last few months everything has been coming back together SO FAST for The Shift. The vision is so clear (more on that soon) and pieces of the puzzle have been falling from the sky like gifts from God. …effortless recreation thats so juicy and potent its 🤌

The fire’s been physical too. All this happened in the last few weeks:

These days, Nothing is making me happier than being in this amazing flow. You know those moments when NOTHING WORKS? Well, that was all of 2020-2023 for The Shift. It felt like life was blood, sweat, and endless business training and development seminars.

Somehow every course I took had me farther from where I was supposed to be. (And while some things were working great [like the tech company I helped my husband build, our recent wedding, and so many health things on the mend], The Shift was just NOT having it.

👉👉 And then, all of a sudden, like an oldstyle camera, everything clicked….

After years of being a Social Media Manager I came to realize that the upgrade that was being created was to be a Social Media Management Business Owner!! Which lead to sooo many changes within The Shift Marketing…

And it will be WAY more POWERFUL and POTENT than anything you could ever plan!

Offer your dream services without the portfolio, without the office space, without the business card, without the website. Offer your services with just your pure dedicated passion.

Business plans and all the fluff that comes with them is hard. Dreams aren’t. Doing the parts you love is the easy fun part. So do that. And let the rest figure itself out.

If you’re a person who “WAITES till later”, read this.

🥴 You are waiting to sign until the time is right. 
🥴 Until you have the money. 
🥴 Until you’re really 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 ready.
But by then, the stock has already gone up, the product is sold out, and now it’s late in the game. 😓😓😓

It frustrates you. 

Because you know you’re missing out
But you can’t help but to want to play it SAFE.

That way, you’ll never have to be embarrassed if you fail
Or waste money
AND, if you fail — it will just be because you didn’t try.

I can’t really blame you for waiting until the timing is right.

I’ve done THE SAME THING. 😮🤐🤐

I’ve missed out on opportunities because

😶‍🌫️ I was wanted to be “prepared”
😶‍🌫️ I was holding on to what I already have too tight
😶‍🌫️ I didn’t want to mess it up
😶‍🌫️ and, I didn’t trust myself
 
But listen, 

You have invested a lifetime waiting for “the right time” to take action. And it never comes for one very specific reason:

Because when your focus is out there - protecting what you have by watching the world around you — You are no longer in the moment.

You cannot be looking around you yet moving forward.

We don’t have to be sure.
We don’t have to love the decision.
We don’t even have to be thrilled with it.
But we do have to move.
One. Small. Step. Every. Day.
Without looking back.

And I promise you this — if you stop looking around so much, you WILL move forward.

You think you “need to get better clients” who pay more.

You’re 𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 to scale your business. But you’re too swamped in jobs to grow your business. 🥵💼

You’re 𝗧𝗥𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 to make it work.
You DO ALL THE THINGS that need to be done to keep your clients happy.
But they take up all your time. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

And at the end of the day,
There’s no time for GROWTH.
You always end up with
the same number of clients
and can’t seem to expand beyond that.
The worst part is,
Your business is always stuck at the same level. 😤😤

Because you’re too busy doing what you’ve always done.
You’re 𝗧𝗥𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 really HARD,
Which just manifests more places in your life where you have to try really hard.
You’re 𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 really badly
which manifests more wanting.

And it’s sooo hard to catch the beliefs that are really at play.
Beliefs and mindset are a HUGE part of this game.

Clients don’t have epic results with me because I tell them how to run their business.
You already KNOW that you should be charging more.
You already KNOW that.

❄️ This work is about moving the blocks that prevent you from ACCEPTING that. ❄️
From integrating it into your reality.

THIS IS the MOST POWERFUL work you can do.
The inner game must be strong for the business game to be on point. 💪
