I don't always post politics but this particular item is personal for me. It's the problem of politics. Favors for the people who got you power while stealing from those who didn't.

I think given my personality I would've been more likely to identify as a Democrat. For me it has nothing to do with race, climate or immigration policy. I am pushed right due to these very personal sentiments and Austrian economic education.

The Obama administration and the economic task force led by Joe Biden broke bankruptcy law for General Motors in 2009 and stole a well funded pension plan, that being my fathers. They bailed out the underfunded union pensions and they are doing it again today.

Donald Trump signed a presidential order to restore my fathers pension plan following a 6 month feasibility review. Joe Biden doesn't seem intent on honoring that order, instead he will continue the shameful double standards and hypocrisy that defines his party.

Be careful Joe. With every group you help, you hurt another group and make them apart of the opposing electorate. Accounting is a perfect science. One way or another debits must have equal and corresponding credits. It's economics.

Apparently Joe Biden thinks it’s OK to spend $86 billion to bailout union pensions while ignoring 20,000 Delphi Salaried Retirees who have been waiting 12 YEARS to get their fully funded pensions restored, which were stolen by his previous Administration... 😡👇🏼

This post is going to mention both our president and presidential nominee and your automatic response will most likely be to make you want to take sides and make this a political post... and I urge you to read this NOT as a political post but just as something that happened and my request.

The GM bankruptcy was illegal and people are still broken from it. My family being one of 20,000 still trying to make this right.

The Trump Administration has already issued an order and started the process to restore these pensions. I am hoping to hear a similar commitment from Joe Biden to follow through on this and to clean up what I hope was just a mistake from the previous administration.

We want justice. Whether it’s Trump or Biden we are standing that the stories of these silenced families be heard. What happened was wrong, fraudulent and illegal.

Many people say that it’s similar to other failed pensions plans. It’s not! This was a well funded pension plan secured to major assets. Meanwhile the underfunded pension plans at GM got a bailout. This was the first Corporate Bankruptcy in history ever directed from the executive branch of the government. Due process never happened.

A couple politicians called the shots and made their own rules outside the rule of law. This should not be allowed to be established as acceptable precedent.

I stand that all these affected people, my family and my fathers colleagues will have their voices be heard. Help me to do this. Share this video.

GM's brand used to stand for quality and excellence around the world... it is now marred by the criminal scars of past fraud and present injustice.

For the GM brand to recover they need to start making things right from their past. Returning foregone benefits to UAW workers and reversing the trends of undermining their workforce.

They must bring their crooked affairs with the government to completion by working with the government to restore the stolen Delphi Retiree pensions. The time is now to act and make things right... in solidarity between union and salaried employees. Autoworkers, electricians, miners teachers and all working class Americans.

If we allow the government and GM to get away with this theft, a new and very dangerous precedent will have been set. One in which well organized and positioned executives and bureaucrats are above the law that ordinary citizens are bound to.
