“How’s Your Mental Health?” 😵‍💫🔥

My exhaust fan locked up a couple weeks ago… so naturally we tore it apart and rebuilt it instead of slowing down. 😂

That screaming pretty much sums up small business ownership some days.

Printers break. Equipment fails. Orders pile up. And somehow you still find a way to keep rolling.

Mental health status: currently rebuilding the fan and myself at the same time.

Everybody loves the motivational videos… until it’s time to live it.

The orders still have to be made.
The pressure still shows up.
The long nights still happen.

Owning The Mistake & Making It Right

Not every order goes perfectly—and real business owners don’t hide from that.

A customer reached out because a few patches on his hats weren’t fully adhering around the edges. That’s frustrating for him, and honestly frustrating for us too, because we take a lot of pride in what leaves this shop.

But this is what matters most: making it right.

We remade the hats, fixed the issue, and got him taken care of. And I genuinely appreciate customers like this who give us the opportunity to correct a problem instead of just walking away silently.

Anybody can talk about quality when things go right. Character shows when something goes wrong.

We’ll always stand behind our work.

Tonight’s Sample Lineup 🔥

Another evening in the shop turning ideas into real products.

Mockups, samples, adjustments, repeat. That’s the process. We take the time to get it right before anything goes into full production.

A lot of people only see the finished hats… not the hours behind the scenes making sure every detail is dialed in.

Several new samples headed out soon and we’re excited about every one of them.
