Cheryl Simcox has reason to be proud of the work she did with children and adults over a twenty-five year career in social work. She made a vital difference in the lives of a lot of people as she climbed the ranks of Child and Adult Protective Services. She became a program manager for a seven-county, long-term care program and assisted families in situations most people do not care to think about. In time, she felt it was time for a completely different way to live her life and earn a living. “I bought a Minuteman Press franchise in February of 2017 because I knew I would still be working with people, but that we would be creating projects for clients that would help them build their own businesses and that was all positive,” according to Cheryl. Cheryl talks about her customer service approach with certainty that she is still working towards helping improve people’s life situations, but this time, it is by helping them create marketing strategies. “We provide hands on, “getting to know our clients” service; and we want to be as interested in their printed project as they are. We want to know our clients on a first name basis and whenever possible, have their order ready before we promise; and of course, no later than their deadline.” Of her most-valued employee, she says, “Aaron is outstanding! He makes my day and the customers day. He is a great team player within the office and to all of our clients.
