Ladies… we need your help! 💕
We received a letter from two incredible young women in the National Honor Society at Slippery Rock Area High School who are working on a project to gather feminine products for teachers to keep on hand — helping make awkward moments a little more comfortable. How thoughtful and empowering is that?!
Here’s what they said:
"We are asking for your help to ensure the girls at our school feel safe and comfortable with starting their period. We want to make sure that girls do not have to worry about getting through the day without any supplies. Our project will consist of creating a bag for every female teacher in the building with feminine products, ready to be given out at any moment when asked for."
They reached out to local businesses for support… and of course, WE ARE IN. 💪💖
Here’s where you come in:
We’ll have a collection box at the studio for feminine product donations to help these amazing girls support other kiddos in their school.
If you’re stopping in to paint, spin clay, or just say hi — consider tossing a box of pads, tampons, liners, or other hygiene items into the donation box.
Let’s show these young women how proud we are of them.
