Most small businesses are invisible online and have no idea.

Not invisible as in their website doesn’t exist. It does.

Invisible as in Google doesn’t trust it enough to show it. AI can’t find it. The Google Business Profile hasn’t been touched in two years. The page titles are generic. The mobile experience is broken.

Everything looks fine from the outside. Nothing is working on the inside.

This is the most common thing I see — a business that invested in a website, assumed it was handled, and moved on. Not realizing that the digital landscape kept evolving while their online presence stayed frozen in place.

The businesses winning locally right now aren’t the ones who built the nicest website. They’re the ones who never stopped paying attention to it.
