New Feature: Maintenance Scheduling
- Build maintenance schedules for your equipment

- Import schedules for common sawmill/filing equipment
- Know the state of your equipment!!!

There is nothing more important to the health of expensive machinery than to keep up with periodic maintenance. Do you have a good list of the tasks to be done and their required frequency? Do you keep track of when these tasks were done? Do you know the state of the equipment at its last inspection (IE was the equipment starting to show signs of breaking down?) If your answer to any of these questions is “No” then you should look into our Maintenance Scheduling tool, built specifically for Sawmill equipment needs

In August we released a comprehensive Maintenance Scheduling feature that allows mills to construct their own maintenance schedules and track when each task is accomplished. Mills can give a full description of the task, define its frequency and add video or images that may be helpful. When each task is accomplished all that is required are short text notes such as “May need to be replaced next time” or “Done”, The system will then schedule the next performance date based on the frequency defined for this action.

One additional feature of this system is the ability to import maintenance schedules for popular equipment. IE the “ #4 Sharpener” manual outlines a number of maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. Mills that use this sharpener can import a predefined maintenance schedule for this piece of equipment and adjust it according to their own needs.

New Features!

Just added three new Data Visualization Tools for displaying saw and mill data. You can now graph Alerts such as Unscheduled Removals, Hit Metal etc by Mill or Week or Month. This allows quick access to see which issues (alerts) are affecting your production the most. Also allows you to see how those issues are improving or worsening.
