Each shirt will be quality checked and cleaned before delivery. The shirts should be wearable immediately without any worries that the embroidery will fade or peel. The “plastic” you can possible see in the B and the word baseball is a wash out “topper” stabilizer which gives the no see mesh underneath, more security for the foundational stitches needed for a premium digitized logo.
This is how I’ve done logo work for 16 years and continue to take all the necessary steps so these shirts will not only last one season, but many more to come!

The contraption you see the shirt on is called a HoopMaster. It allows me to line up a shirt and ensure that whatever I am putting on the shirt will be in the same place every time by using the designated placement markers on the HoopMaster. I can align neckline, placard and hem if needed!
When doing logo work this is of the utmost importance that every shirt from start to finish is in the same place and of course the old-fashioned measuring in pinning is there for added assurance! ⚾️😊
