New signage installation for our national partners for a brand new Starbucks in East Providence, RI. Here we installed a pre-menu board, an ordering canopy, a menu board, directional signage, a clearance bar, as well as building signage.

These installs are multi-day projects requiring strict installation procedures as well as project management coordination in order to ensure that the signage is installed to Starbucks specs. These are cooperative efforts with our team, the national partners, and the in person GC to bring these projects to completion.

Signature Signs was awarded the contract back in December 2025 for the new Burlington now being constructed at the old Swansea Mall.

These projects can be a many months long venture. Here we were awarded the contract in December 2025 then entered into permitting for the allowed signage then focused our attention on the signage that required zoning board of appeals approval. That process takes a few months and was completed earlier this month. Building construction is finally underway. For us the process has now turned to pre-opening signage as seen here. Then there will be in person meetings with the GC in order to plan our installations and coordinate such with him and the electricians.

The construction will continue for several more weeks with us looking at a late July installation of 3 building signs and signage on two pylons.
