"Hulk Smash!" There was a happy little boy in Southern New England last weekend! This Hulk Smash Cake is 3 layers of Chocolate Cake filled with Regular Oreo Buttercream then topped with Green Mint Oreos that Hulk smashed up! Cake is surrounded by KitKat candies.

A Winter Wonderland Wedding for 150 guests at the beautiful Cultural Event Center last weekend. This cake's base tier is my Signature Chocolate Cake with Mocha Buttercream, the middle is Carrot with Cream Cheese Buttercream and the top tier is Butterscotch with Cream Cheese Buttercream. The entire cake is covered in Vanilla Buttercream with a simple Snowflake motif.

Congratulations Helen and Arthur! The rain didn't stop this beautiful celebration or this 5 tier centerpiece cake! The bottom tier was Lemon Lavendar, the next Vanilla with Raspberry Jam filling and the top three were Vanilla/Vanilla! Semi-naked design with the beautiful flowers pulled from the event.
