The Event Is Over. Now Everyone Needs Something
The room is empty.
Everyone’s exhausted.
And for a little while, it feels like the work is done.
Then the requests start.
“We need something for the website.”
“The sponsors are asking for photos.”
“Can we use images in the annual report?”
“What should we use when registration opens again?”
“Do we have anything with the board chair?”
The event may have lasted one day. But the need for good images lasts much longer. That’s why I encourage organizations to think beyond the event itself.
Because the value of an image often begins after the event is over.
Great event photography isn’t just about documenting the day.
It’s about creating resources your organization can continue using long after the room is empty.
I recently put together a practical planning guide called:
Protecting the Moments You’ll Value Most
Fifteen questions organizations can use before an event to help identify the moments they’ll value long after the room is empty.
