and Happy Saturday Everyone! Today we wanted to showcase a movement that we have been apart of for a while now called . Since we completed the Program, Random Acts of Kindness or RAOKs became instilled within us. This lead us to make it our goal to commit a selfless act whenever we can, but especially on Saturdays.

Whether it’s buying a coffee or meal for someone, donating, picking up trash around your town or any other act of kindness you can think of, we want to encourage all of you to participate in your own way!

You never truly know how much one little selfless act can change someone’s day or, in extreme cases, someone’s life.

Happy First Day of Fall! 😊🍂🍁

and happy everyone! Today, we wanted to share a quick wellness tip that has worked for us and boosted our creativity!

If you want to boost your creativity, all you need to do is go on a walk outdoors for 30-45 minutes.

Scientifically speaking, Exercise, in general, triggers the release of BDNFs or Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factors. BDNFs act as a fertilizer for your brain, thus boosting your brain power.

DISCLAIMER: We legally have to state that neither of us are doctors or certified fitness instructors (yet). That said, take everything we say with a grain of salt and if you do decide to take our recommendations, please consult with your doctor/trainer first.

Legal aside, this is just one of the many fitness tips that have helped us in life and in business. If any of you take this recommendation, please let us know how experience went.

Have a wonderful zest of your day 🍋

and happy everyone!

Today’s will revolve around the education of 3 facets of our business: Voice Over/Acting, Graphic Design and Branding.

1. Voice Over/Acting: In the world of VO/VA, a lot of people don’t recognize how many different niches are within the industry. Most people hear, “Voice Acting” and immediately think of Cartoons. Now, while Cartoons/Animation is a major chunk of the industry, there are also many others like:

- Video Games
- Audio Books/Narration
- Promos
- Commercials
- E-Learning
And several others!

The bottom line is this, the VO/VA industry is very broad and very competitive, so if this is something that interests you, my recommendation is to start by researching each niche and picking the one or 2 that interest you the most!

2. Graphic Design: “A picture is worth a thousand words.”

Graphic design is a visual communication that helps us innovatively present our thoughts and ideas. Verbal communication aside, graphic design is another form of communication that helps us to connect and deliver a message to everyone in several different forms.

It is everywhere: from the pack of gum in your purse to the Ads on TikTok. Without graphic design, everything would be just plain white paper with generic writing, no images, and no typography (text).

Scientifically speaking, Experts say that our brain has an easier time remembering visual stimuli over the other forms and **Ninety percent of information is transmitted visually in the human brain**(Article found below).

That said, Graphic design is visually oriented and if you have a business, you need captivating graphics to create stunning marketing materials which include:

- Logo Design
- Brochure Design
- Business Card Design
- Website Design & Development
- Stationery Design

and the list goes on!

Think about a logo for a moment, it is the structure of your organization’s brand identity and it can used in several different parts of your business, such as printed equipment, your website, social media, and much more. A unique logo design identifies your brand individually from others and gives your customers/viewers a better understanding of who you are and what you represent. It is also usually the first thing your customers see as well.

Besides the centrality of graphic design to business and marketing, it also adds color and spice to the world. To imagine a world without graphic designs is, to a certain degree, to think of a world without a sign to direct people as they go on the streets and highways; or one in which every house is built the same size, shape, and painted the same color. Where every garment, shoe and jewelry piece uses just about the same premodern crude styles with no peculiar branding; and wherein every printed or handwritten material takes the same typeface or script.

No doubt, such a world would be too dull to live in.

In closing, though you may not have realized it before, graphic design truly is an incredibly important aspect of human life and living in the modern age. It touches on virtually every dimension of our being—spiritual, psychological, emotional, aesthetically, physically, materialistically, etc.

3. Branding: Embrace a level of transparency within your organization/business. A lot of businesses out there avoid being transparent in any way, then wonder why their customer base doesn't trust their brand. New and upcoming businesses, like 1st Phorm and Four Sigmatic understand this concept and show transparency in several areas like their products, their origin stories, and even their charity contributions.

Now, we must state that their is a line you don't want to cross, such as financial information, but the premise is to not be afraid to show off parts of yourself through your brand. Our favorite piece of advice is to start with your origin story and do not be afraid to share your failures. These two concepts alone can go along way when it comes to establishing trust with your target audience.

everyone and Happy Saturday!

As Promised, here are some of the events going on this weekend! We hope you all get the chance to go to as many as you can!

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

and Happy Friday Everyone!

Today, we're going to unveil new content that
aligns with our mission: Educate, Entertain
and Elevate every individual and every
business we are fortunate to work with. This
content will be called 3 Things Friday or
which was inspired by John Ruhlin.

Our version of will involve 3 things
related to 1 or all 3 of the core elements stated above. Now, with the introduction out of the way, today's will involve all 3 elements, so you can further understand this style of content!

Educate: Today's Education will teach you
how to get better at whatever you want to do.

The Confidence-Competence Loop. Simply put, the confidence-competence loop states that if you want to gain confidence in doing something, you must first do the activity.

Once you do the activity, you gain some level of confidence in doing said activity. Once you gain more confidence, your competence then goes up as well and the cycle continues until it becomes second nature to you.

Example: Garrett’s weight loss journey. In the beginning, Garrett had very little confidence that could complete his goal. However, as he continued executing each day, he began gaining more and more confidence in his mission to beat obesity. With his risen confidence, he was able to push himself harder and harder, thus becoming more competent, until he finally reached his goal of a 100lbs down.

Entertain: We found quite a few local events going on this weekend, so we will be posting our favorites in a follow up post to showcase each event!

Elevate: Today's Elevation is for everyone
who wants to know the secret to unleashing
their true potential. This very tool is what
allowed us to create All Those Lemons! The
tool is Andy Frisella’s Powerlist.

The Power List is very easy to follow. First, think of whatever goal you want to achieve. Once thought of, make a list of 5 things you NEED to do in order to successfully complete your goal. Once you have these 5 items, execute them every single day. Each day you execute all 5, you put a giant, ”W” in the middle of the page. If you fail, you put a giant, “L” in the middle of the page.

The premise of this tool is not to be perfect, but instead it is to teach you a winning mindset by visually showing you how often you can win. The more days you consistently win, the more progress you’ll make in fulfilling your goal.

Keep in mind, on average it takes 66 days for a habit to form. Once one of your tasks becomes a habit, make sure to replace it with a new skill/goal to take you to the next level!

A great example of this is Andy’s free & programs. We both finished our first round in June and we can honestly say that it completely changed our lives.

Let's talk about Target Audience and why it's important for you to understand. 😊

First, a vocabulary lesson. 📝
Target Audience: a group of people identified as being likely customers of a business.

🍋 ALT Definition: Your Target audience are the victims of the problem you're solving. They are who you envision during the ideal sale.

For example:

Our Business: All Those Lemons
What's the problem we solve?
Answer: Lack of value driven businesses.
Our ideal client (target audience) is the local business owner who wants more outreach, as well as the individual who wants to start their own business.

Identifying your target audience as a business can help craft marketing strategies and define your core customers. Instead of spending money and resources trying to cater to every consumer, defining a target audience allows for more intentional and personal outreach to those most likely to purchase your product or service.

As a small business owner, or marketer, it is vital to understand your target audience.

From your logo design to product/service development.

Example: airing a commercial during the Super Bowl, seems like a great idea, reaches a lot of people.. but it's expensive and only about a quarter of viewers would be interested in purchasing your product/service.

*Interested doesn't guarantee a sale/client.

Better idea example: if you sell running shoes, ads in Runner's World magazine may be a better fit for your target audience.

Selecting the right media is essential for achieving ROI on your marketing efforts.

What's Everybody?! I noticed that it was , so I thought it would be appropriate to show my evolution of going from drawing on a beard (top left) to the full beard I always wanted...and all the stages in between! I think it is safe to say that The Beard truly is the "male pushup bra" in my case!😂

I hope all of the beards around the world have a wonderful day and if you don't like beards? Give it time...they'll grow on ya! 🥁
